Aircare In A Box provides professional HVAC services including:

Ventilation and air quality services
HVAC system inspections and safety checks
Filter replacement and duct cleaning
Thermostat installation and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
Ensure safe access to your property for our service providers
Pay for services as agreed upon in service contracts
Follow safety instructions provided by our HVAC technicians
Not interfere with or obstruct our service delivery
Report any issues or concerns promptly

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and service type. We will provide you with an estimated arrival window and will notify you of any changes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
Emergency HVAC services may have different cancellation terms
We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control

No-Show Policy

If you are not available when our technician arrives, you may be charged a no-show fee. We will attempt to contact you before leaving the premises.

Payment Terms

Pricing

Emergency HVAC services may incur additional fees
Travel fees may apply for HVAC services outside our standard service area

Late Payments

Late payments may result in additional fees and suspension of services. We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances.

Warranty and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

HVAC Parts and Equipment

HVAC parts and equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. We will assist you in processing warranty claims for HVAC components we install.

Warranty Exclusions

Problems caused by external factors beyond our control (power outages, extreme weather, etc.)
